He also gave us good advice and references to lawyers, house inspectors etc. his knowledge in construction helped us understand how to evaluate houses that needed upgrades. We received contact of Raj from our social group and I really happy to share that in our first meeting it self he took us with the complete process of Home Buying, there after he guided and educated us at every step of the process. Starting from Identifying the location we are interested in, put a limit on our search criteria to closing the deal. He showed us plenty of homes and never pushed us to finalise the property, in fact when the market was crazy hot he asked us to wait and watch. After a search of almost 5 months, I am happy that we are able to close our dream home in Calgary which meets all our requirements.
